My daughter and I enjoyed staying in your property. The check-in process was quick and easy. The property was also locat Positive: The property was spacious and very clean.

Property was the opposite of a "Gem". Mold in the silverware drawer, upstairs bedroom smelled like an attic, uncovered electrical outlet in the kitchen, large amount of overflowing trash in the driveway which included magots, couldn't get the dishwasher to start. Also did not appreciate a pro-rated refund when we had a horrible one night disaster.

This lovely, large, old school, quirky home met our needs perfectly and was so close to near Tweed New Haven Airport, so convenient. The communication was outstanding with the host.We did not get a chance to use the large backyard because it snowed, but it was very nice. The office area was great for my husband and the separated family room and living room room areas also worked very well giving everybody space.

We stayed over Christmas. The day we left we woke up to 7 inches of snow. There was no snow shovel. I messaged the host. Within an hour a snow removal company was there to shovel us out. We are in our late 70’s and we could not figure out the tv. It would be helpful to have a folder with step by step instructions as to how to turn on the tv and how to get to the local stations. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was amazing! Honestly more than the picture shows. The house is a wooden and warm home. I could charge the temperature and unlock the door through the app. There was free wifi and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more for the kitchen. Amazing communication back and forward. A lot was already supplied in the home.I would say mt favorite thing was just the feeling of the place. They even had board game which we ended up enjoying so much. Would stay here at least once every year!
